Lebanese citizens need visa for travelling to Afghanistan as tourist. The stay is usually short with a period of 30 days and visa expires in 90 days. Tourist Visa is issued to foreign nationals who intend to visit Afghanistan individually or with a group for visiting natural beauties, tourist and historic places.Tourist Visa can be extended only once by the Ministry of Interior Affairs upon the approval of the Afghan Tourism Department.
Please be aware that employment is not permitted under a tourist visa.

Passport Photo: Photo must be no older than 6 months
Passport: Original Passport or Travel document with at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 2 visa pages clear of any markings.
Bank Statement: Applicant's most recent monthly bank statement. The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement. If statements are printed online then it has to be Authenticated (stamped) by the bank officials.
Hotel Bookings: Hotel reservation(s) for the duration of your visit.

Cover Letter: Covering letter mentioning the details of the applicant, travel and details of the other members travelling with you.

Visa not required for holders of a copy of a parent's passport proving that they are citizens of Afghanistan or were born in Afghanistan
Visa not required if listed on General Declaration Form and traveling on duty
Visa not required for NATO Forces, Personnel and Partner Nations including NATO and Department of Defense civilians personnel provided holding a valid Military or National ID card and travel orders
Visa on arrival maximum stay of 15 days at Kabul (KBL) for holders of a Laissez-Passed issued by the United Nations provided travelling on duty
Visa on arrival maximum stay of 15 days at Kabul (KBL) for holders of an Interpol passport or an Interpol ID card provided traveling on duty and evidence that the Interpol is aware of arrival, in the form of an email
Passengers arriving on a military air need to legalize their stay if they wish to leave on a commercial airline
All visitors are fingerprinted upon entry
Women passengers should cover their body with clothing, except for the face, hands, and feet
