Bangladesh travel restrictions from Bermuda

International travel to Bangladesh is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

Travelers who have visited a high-risk country within the previous 15 days will be required to undergo quarantine for 7 days at negative will be released from quarantine. All costs incurred will be at the traveler's expense. Vaccinated travelers will be allowed to quarantine at home.

Vaccinations and vaccinated travel

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from quarantine requirements.

Quarantine required

Travelers are required to self-quarantine for 14 days on arrival at a private residence or accommodation.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative RT-PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on departure.

Additional documents required

A health declaration and passenger locator form, provided by the airline or at the airport, must be completed and presented on arrival.

Vaccinations and vaccinated travel

Travelers who present a valid certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from the 14-day quarantine requirement. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.
Vaccinated travelers must still provide a pre-departure test and will be tested upon arrival, on day 4, and day 10. A red monitoring wristband will be provided to all vaccinated arrivals and it must be worn until the result on arrival is confirmed negative.
Vaccinated residents may arrive without a pre-departure test but will be required to self-quarantine for 4 days on arrival. The wristband cannot be removed until the test on day 4 is confirmed negative.

Quarantine required

Travelers are required to self-quarantine for 14 days on arrival. All household members must sign a waiver agreeing to self-quarantine with the traveler and this must be uploaded onto the travel authorization form. Otherwise, the traveler must self-quarantine at a paid accommodation at their own expense.
Additionally, household members will be required to book a test at the end of the quarantine period.

Testing on arrival

A COVID-19 test will be administered on arrival and travelers must self-quarantine until a negative result is confirmed.
