**Sticker visa**

Travellers must obtain a visa before travelling to Belgium. Belgium Sticker visa is required for Travellers. The Belgium tourist visa is also known as the Belgium Type C Schengen Visa. Applicants are required to be present when applying for the Belgium Sticker visa. This tourist visa typically allows a short term stay. The Belgium tourist visa remains valid for 90 days. The Belgium Sticker visa must be used within 90 days of issuance. A total of 10 documents are required to apply for the Belgium Sticker visa.

**Schengen Visa**: The Schengen Visa is a visa for the Schengen Area, which consists of most of the European Economic Area, plus several other adjacent countries. The visa allows visitors to stay in the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. The visa is valid for tourism, family visits, and business.

## Belgium tourist visa conditions for Travellers

- You must submit a passport or other travel document issued within the last 10 years. This must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least another 3 months after the date you intend to leave the Schengen area.

Documents required for Belgium Schengen include passport and other supporting documents. A total of 10 documents are required.

- **Passport** Original passport or travel document of your country with at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and at least 2 visa pages clear of any markings, the passport should be in good condition without any damage that could render it invalid.
- **Current Details** Employed: • A letter from your employer on company letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. • Current bank statement of the latest 6 months • Income Tax Return (ITR) • Original pay slips Self Employed: • Include a copy of your business license • Company bank statement of the latest 6 months • Income Tax Return (ITR) Student: • Submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. • No Object certificate from School or University. • Retired: • Submit proof of your retirement fund.
- **Accomodation Proof** Accommodation reservation in Belgium for the duration of your visit, the reservation should include the name and address of the accommodation, your check-in and check-out dates, and confirmation of your booking, this helps verify where you will be staying during your trip.
