Bhutan travel restrictions from Mexico

International travel to Bhutan is not permitted. It is unknown when this border restriction will be lifted. This does not apply to nationals.

Quarantine required

Authorized travelers are required to quarantine for 8 days at a designated facility. A PCR test will be administered on the eighth day after arrival and the result will determine if travelers may leave quarantine or if it will be extended.
Travelers must follow the instructions of health officials throughout this time.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on departure.

Other medical measures

All passengers are subject to health screening on arrival, such as temperature checks and visual assessment. Further health testing may be required for those displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
