International travel to the Republic of Congo is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

On departure from the Congo, travelers are required to present proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours. Temperature checks will also be conducted on departure.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, should be presented on arrival.
Travelers who do not have a pre-departure test will be tested upon arrival and must self-isolate for 14 days.

Other medical measures

Vaccination required

Travelers are required to present a valid international certificate for at least one dose of a vaccine against COVID-19, authorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) or Ministry of Health Wellness and the Environment (MOHWE). The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.
Fully vaccinated travelers must provide proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours prior, on departure. Additionally, fully vaccinated arrivals can stay at bio-safe / certified accommodation or yacht for the 14-day quarantine period.
Fully vaccinated nationals and residents are exempt from quarantine requirements.

Quarantine required

Travelers will be required to quarantine for 14 days at a government-approved facility, the cost will not exceed $82 EC per night. Nationals and residents will be required to complete the quarantine period at a hotel at their own expense.
Travelers will be required to wear a monitoring bracelet for the duration of the quarantine period.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative RT-PCR test, taken within the previous 4 days, must be provided on departure.
Arrivals without a valid test result will be required to take a test on arrival. The test costs $50 USD for nationals and $100 USD for foreign nationals.
