On return

Conditional quarantine

If a high-risk (red) country has been visited within the previous 14 days, arrivals are required to show proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 48 hours or undergo self-isolation for 14 days. This needs to be proven by downloading the 'Dii Vdoma' tracking app. If the app is not downloaded, the quarantine will be in a government-approved facility. Receiving a negative PCR test result after arrival will allow travelers to finish isolating early.
The categorization of each country can be checked at https://visitukraine.today/

Test/medical certificate required

Foreign travelers must provide proof of a negative PCR test, taken within 72 hours of arrival.
Nationals and residents must provide proof of a negative PCR test, taken within 48 hours of arrival, or must install the 'Vdoma' application and self-isolate for 14 days. The isolation period can be shortened if a negative PCR test result is confirmed during isolation.
