Moldova travel restrictions from Mali

International travel to Moldova is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

If another country has been visited in the previous 14 days that is considered to have a virus variant, travelers will not be allowed to enter. There are exemptions for citizens of Moldova who must self-quarantine for 14 days on arrival, regardless of vaccination status. Vaccinations and vaccinated travel

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from testing and self-isolation requirements.
The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours, or a negative rapid antigen test taken with the previous 48 hours, must be provided on departure. This document must be in Romanian, English, French, German, Italian, or Russian.
Alternatively, those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from testing requirements and may provide proof of a positive antibodies test, taken at least 15 days before departure and not more than 90 days, on departure.
Those arriving without health documentation will be required to fill the epidemiological card and self-isolate for 14 days. This period may be shortened if a PCR or antigen test is taken on day 7 and a negative result is confirmed. - Epidemiological card

Government measures
