In addition to safety guidelines, preventative health measures such as frequent hand washing and social distancing are encouraged to combat further outbreaks. More restrictive or relaxed guidance may be in effect depending on the region you are visiting. A nationwide curfew is in place between the hours of 10 pm and 4 am. In Yangon and Naypyitaw, the curfew in place is between the hours of midnight and 4 am. We recommend keeping up-to-date with local guidelines throughout your trip.Use of masks
