Exceptional travel

Vaccinations and vaccinated travel

Russian citizens who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from testing requirements. Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on arrival. The certificate must be in English or Russian.
This does not apply to Russian citizens, who must take a PCR test within 72 hours of arrival and self-quarantine until a negative result is confirmed. Russian citizens who can provide documentation of having recovered from COVID-19, within 180 days of departure, are exempt from testing requirements. Other medical measures

Arrivals are subject to further health checks on arrival. If a high temperature is recorded, a PCR test will be conducted and self-isolation is required until a negative result is returned.

Additional documents required

An application form must be completed before arrival.
Foreign travelers must also provide proof of medical insurance that covers the costs related to possible COVID-19 infection.
