Vaccinated traveller exceptions

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from the pre-departure testing requirement. Only vaccination certificates issued in specific countries are accepted.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR issued within the previous 48 hours, must be presented on arrival.
Alternatively, those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from testing requirements and may provide a recovery certificate, taken at least 14 days before departure and not more than 180 days from when the first test was taken, on arrival. Nationals and residents may choose to self-isolate for 10 days. This period can be shortened by providing a negative PCR test result taken during the self-isolation period. Travelers must report to a healthcare center within 24 hours of arrival by registering at http://www.e-zdravlje.gov.rs.
Business travelers entering Serbia with prior notification of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce are required to submit a negative RT-PCR or antigen test to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce within 24 hours prior to arrival.
