Vaccinations and vaccinated travel

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from all testing and quarantine requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.
Those who have recovered from COVID-19 and received one dose of a vaccine will also be considered fully vaccinated.
If only one dose of a two-dose vaccine has been administered without proof of the previous infection, travelers will not be considered fully vaccinated but are exempt from pre-departure testing requirements. These travelers must still undergo testing 3-5 days after arrival.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on arrival. Certificates must be in Finnish, Swedish, or English.
Alternatively, those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from testing requirements and may provide proof of a positive antigen or PCR test, taken at least 14 days before departure and not more than 180 days, on departure.
Arrivals without health documentation will be tested immediately at the airport. Those who plan to travel without documentation should check if their airline allows this.

Testing on arrival

A second COVID-19 test will be administered 3-5 days after arrival.
Those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from quarantine and testing requirements if proof of a positive antigen or PCR test, taken at least 14 days before departure and not more than 180 days, is provided on arrival.
