Ukraine travel restrictions from Paraguay

International travel to Ukraine is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

Open with conditions

If another country has been visited in the previous 7 days that Ukraine has classified as having a high rate of the Delta variant, travelers will be required to undergo express testing on arrival. A negative result must be received before being permitted entry to the country. Travelers must also undergo 14-day isolation upon arrival.
A list of affected countries can be found at https://traveltoukraine.org/what-you-should-know/coronavirus-information/

Other restrictions

All foreign travelers must have proof of health insurance covering all COVID-19 treatment expenses for the duration of their stay in Ukraine. The policy should be purchased from a company registered in Ukraine.

Vaccinated traveller exceptions

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full or partial vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from pre-departure testing, isolation, testing on arrival, and Vdoma mobile app requirements.
The full list of approved vaccines can be found at https://traveltoukraine.org/what-you-should-know/coronavirus-information/

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR or antigen test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on arrival. The accepted antigen tests are RAT and Ag. This does not apply to citizens and residents.
Arrivals without a valid test result will be required to undergo 10-day self-isolation and install the 'Vdoma' mobile app. This period may be shortened if a PCR or antigen test is taken within 72 hours after arrival and a negative test result is confirmed.
Alternatively, those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may provide a COVID certificate confirming full recovery. Travelers are exempt from pre-departure testing, isolation, testing on arrival, and Vdoma mobile app requirements.
