- Personal goods up to a value of US$1500 for adults, and US$500 for children.
- Medication required for personal use should be accompanied by a prescription.

- Non-military weapons and ammunition require a permit for import.
- Animals must meet the requirements of the Veterinary Service as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture.
- Plants must meet the requirements of the State Phytosanitary Control Service as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture.
- Religious media requires the consent of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organisations of Azerbaijan Republic.
