Bermuda travel restrictions from Micronesia

Travel to Bermuda is partially allowed from Federated States of Micronesia. Measures in place: conditional quarantine, test/medical certificate required, additional documents required and other restrictions

Conditional quarantine

Travelers arriving from and those who have visited the United Kingdom within the previous 14 days will be required to quarantine for 4 days on arrival. A PCR test will be taken on day 4 and if a negative test result is confirmed, quarantine is no longer required.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 5 days, and a valid 'Travel Authorization' must be presented upon arrival. At the airport, further testing will take place and travelers are required to self-quarantine until results are confirmed.

Additional documents required

Travelers, including residents, must apply for authorization to travel 3 days prior to departure. To gain 'Travel Authorization', a negative PCR test result dated no more than 5 days before travel must be uploaded with the application. There is a charge of $75 BMD per traveler to cover the costs of testing on arrival.
All visitors also require health insurance which includes full coverage for all COVID-19 treatment costs for the duration of the stay. - Travel authorization application

Other restrictions

All arrivals will be provided with a 'Traveler Wristband' to wear for the first 14 days of their stay. Removal of the wristband is not permitted and may result in a fine and home quarantine with an electronic monitoring bracelet.
Those who do not wish to wear a wristband may instead choose to quarantine at their accommodation for 14 days.
