- This does not apply to:
- British nationals and residents of the United Kingdom;
- nationals and residents of Australia, Israel, South Korea, New Zealand, Russian Fed., Rwanda, Serbia, Singapore, Thailand, USA and United Arab Emirates;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by Greece. A certificate of application for renewal of a residence permit is not accepted except if the certificate of application is referring to spouse or family member of Greek or EU national;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom;

- Passengers must complete a "Passenger Locator Form (PLF)" at https://travel.gov.gr/ not later than the day before arrival in Greece. A confirmation email or a QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival. Families can be accepted with one joint confirmation e-mail or a unique QR code.
Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test must be in English and must include the name and the passport or identity card number of the passenger.
