Serbia travel restrictions from Norway

International travel to Serbia is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

Vaccinations and vaccinated travel

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from the pre-departure testing requirement. Only vaccination certificates issued in specific countries are accepted.

EU Digital COVID Certificate

Travelers may provide their EU Digital Certificate in paper or digital format as proof of vaccination, negative test result, or previous recovery. Health documents provided this way will not require further verification on arrival.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR issued within the previous 48 hours, must be presented on arrival.
Alternatively, those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from testing requirements and may provide a recovery certificate, taken at least 14 days before departure and not more than 180 days from when the first test was taken, on arrival. Nationals and residents may choose to self-isolate for 10 days. This period can be shortened by providing a negative PCR test result taken during the self-isolation period. Travelers must report to a healthcare center within 24 hours of arrival by registering at http://www.e-zdravlje.gov.rs.
Business travelers entering Serbia with prior notification of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce are required to submit a negative RT-PCR or antigen test to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce within 24 hours prior to arrival.

Government measures

Throughout Serbia, public gatherings are limited to a maximum of 5 people and a distance of 1.5 meters should be maintained. Organized events can take place with a maximum of 500 people. A 'COVID pass' (EU Digital Certificate) as proof of vaccination, negative test result, or previous recovery is required to access some establishments and facilities. Travelers who present an accepted certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, can enter without an essential reason and are exempt from pre-departure testing and quarantine requirements. The certificate must include a QR code and the final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.

Quarantine required
