International travel to Turkey is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

Open with conditions

If another country has been visited in the previous 14 days that is considered high-risk, travelers may not be allowed to enter. Authorized travelers will be required to quarantine in a state facility. A PCR test will be administered during this period and those who test negative will be relieved from quarantine.
The list of high-risk countries, quarantine duration, and test dates can be found at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/turkey/entry-requirements

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from pre-departure testing requirements.
The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.

Test/medical certificate required

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on departure. Alternatively, a negative rapid antigen test can be provided, taken within 48 hours of departure.
