The stay is usually Short stay with a period of 30 days. Applicant is not required to be present when applying for visa and a total of 8 documents are required.
For a Qatar Tourist Visa, visitors are required to complete an online form, upload required documents (including passport scans & personal photographs) and provide an airline booking reservation. Make an online payment using a valid Visa or Mastercard
Once the application is complete, visitors will be contacted via e-mail with a response to their visa application(All visas are approved and issued at the sole discretion of Qatar's Ministry of Interior)
Passport Photo: Photo must be no older than 6 months
Passport Copy: A clear scan of the information pages of your signed, machine readable passport. Provide the pages of your current passport showing your photo, personal details and passport issue and expiry dates. Must be valid for six months beyond the expiry date of the visa.
Hotel Bookings: Hotel reservation(s) for the duration of your visit.
Income tax papers which show an annual gross income of USD $8,000 or more.
Travel Evidence: A proof which can prove that you have travelled to certain countries
Evidence of travel in the last five years to any of the following countries: QATAR, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Schengen countries, USA or UK
Invitation Letter: A letter from your relative or friend or company inviting you to visit and their relationship to you. The letter could state: the purpose of your visit and length of stay, if you will be staying with them, If this person will be paying for your stay, provide proof of their funds.
If staying with Qatari resident (friend or relative), an invitation letter from this resident along with his / her Qatar resident visa copy, Qatar ID, Passport first / bio page OR If this friend / relative is a Qatari national then his / her Qatari national ID and invitation letter is required
Nationals of the eligible countries do not require any prior visa arrangements and can obtain a visa waiver upon arrival to Qatar, upon presentation of a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months and a confirmed onward or return ticket.
Passport: Original Passport or Travel document with at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 2 visa pages clear of any markings.
Flight Bookings: Flight reservations(s) for the country of your visit and return ticket
